Nursing Services

Redwood serves many children and adults who are medically fragile. Before addressing their educational, therapeutic, and vocational needs, we must first assure their basic life needs are met. To this end, Redwood nurses perform many physician-prescribed procedures each day, including catheterization, gastrostomy feedings, tracheostomy care, inhalation treatments, and medication administration. These caring professionals also monitor vital functions, provide daily health screenings, communicate regularly with physicians, train/counsel families, and administer first aid.

If  you have questions about Redwood Nursing Services contact Tracy Roell, nursing supervisor at 859-331-0880 ext. 286 or Email.
